According to a police affidavit, Sarah Foley was involved in a vehicle crash about an hour before they got a call for service about a fight between Sarah and her boyfriend. By the time police arrived on scene, Sarah Foley had fled the scene, leaving just the boyfriend behind.
According to the victim/boyfriend, the incident started before the crash. He states that he and Sarah were involved in an argument where she was punching him while driving down the road. Shortly before the actual crash, she stated “we are both going to die” and jerked the steering wheel. The crash didn’t stop the argument, however – Sarah Foley began to punch her boyfriend even more outside the car as they were walking, she then grabbed him by the back and pulled him to the ground. Sarah also bit him 3 times during the attack. She then fled the scene, and the boyfriend/victim was unable to advise where she fled to. The boyfriend didn’t report the crash to the police, as he didn’t want her to get in trouble, but a 3rd party called in the incident due to the fight.
