On 09/06/2017 I observed a 2008 black Ford Fusion with a temporary tag driving in bound on Dickerson Pike. The vehicle’s temporary tag was flipped up where police could not read the tag. One bag was open and the other was folded down tight. Inside of the closed bag I located a plastic baggy containing marijuana. Under miranda both occupants stated that the marijuana did not belong to them but the passenger, Ryan Newsome, stated that the Mcdonald’s bag that the marijuana was in before I told them which bag it was in.
