DEFENDANT: Waldorf G Coleman

The defendant is the ex-boyfriend the victim’s sister. On 08-09-2017 around 2230 hours, the defendant came to the victim’s residence (xxx Wheless St) to drop off some clothes. The defendant and victim got into a verbal argument. The defendant told the victim that he was going to shoot him in the face. He then left the apartment. The victim went to the large window by the front door and watched the defendant as he was leaving. The defendant began to back out of the alley in his vehicle beside the house. He then pulled a gun out and began firing it. The victim observed the muzzle flash and heard the gunshots. Fearing for his life, he laid down on the floor to avoid being struck by any bullets. The defendant left the scene and the victim immediately called police. Due to no strike marks on the victim’s residence, the victim now believes the defendant was just firing in the air.

DEFENDANT: Clarence M Davis

THE DEFENDANT WAS OBSERVED DRIVING DURING THE HOURS OF DARKNESS ON BRICK CHURCH. THE DEFENDANTS VEHICLE HAD A BREAK LIGHT OUT ON THE RIGHT SIDE. THE DEFENDANT COULD NOT MAINTAIN IN HIS LANE OF TRAVEL. I INITIATED A TRAFFIC STOP. THE DEFENDANTS SPEECH WAS SLURRED AND EYES WERE BLOODSHOT AND WATERY. THE DEFENDANT SMELLED OF ALCOHOL. THE DEFENDANT WAS UNSTEADY EXITING THE VEHICLE. THE DEFENDANT SHOWED 6 INDICATORS ON HGN, 6 INDICATORS ON WALK AND TURN AND 3 INDICATORS ON THE ONE LEG STAND. THE DEFENDANT WAS READ HIS MIRANDA RIGHTS. THE DEFENDANT WAS PLACED INTO CUSTODY WITHOUT INCIDENT. THE DEFENDANT ADMITTED TO USING DRUGS AND DRINKING A MARGARITA PRIOR TO DRIVING. ARMS CONFIRMED THE DEFENDANT HAS A REVOKED DL. THE DEFENDANT WAS INFORMED ABOUT IMPLIED CONSENT AND REFUSED TO BLOOD TEST.

DEFENDANT: Andrea E Guinn

On 08/28/2017 around 12:00pm to 12:35pm the prosecutor, who is Assest Protection, observed the suspect enter his store and conceal a fifteen dollar dress on her person. The suspect then passes the point of sale with the dress still concealed on her person and does not pay for the dress. The suspect then gets in to her listed vehicle and leaves the property. The incident was captured on CCTV footage.

On 08/28/2017 around 10:30am to 10:45am the prosecutor, who is Assest Protection, observed the suspect enter his store and remove the tag from an item costing one dollar and use it to ring up an item costing sixty four dollars, a DVD player, thus paying sixty three dollars less for the item. The suspect also had a ten dollar dress that she did not pay for. The suspect then exited the store and got in to her listed vehicle and left the property. The incident was captured on CCTV footage.

DEFENDANT: Marquisha Taylor

I MADE CONSENSUAL CONTACT WITH SUSPECT (MARQUISHA TAYLOR) IN REGARDS TO HER BEING ON THE HOT WARRANT LIST A FEW WEEKS AGO. AN NCIC OF MS. TAYLOR’S CRIMINAL HISTORY DISPLAYED TWO OUTSTANDING WARRANTS FOR Assault, Aggravated – Deadly Weapon – Int/Kn . WARRANTS WERE VERIFIED AND CONFIRMED THROUGH THE WARRANT DIVISION. UPON TAKING MS. TAYLOR INTO CUSTODY I OBSERVED MS. TAYLOR PULL AN OBJECT OUT OF HER SHIRT AND WRAP IN A BLACK JACKET AND HAND IT OFF TO A LADY STANDING NEAR BY. I ASKED TO SEE THE HOODIE WHICH WAS CONTAINING A SMALL SILVER HANDGUN, PLASTIC BAG OF CRACK COCAINE WHICH FIELD TESTED POSITIVE AND A SMALL PIECE OF PLASTIC WITH COCAINE IN IT AS WELL. UNDER MIRANDA, MS. TAYLOR STATED THE DRUGS DID NOT BELONG TO HER AND THAT SHE WAS JUST HOLDING IT FOR SOMEONE. MS. TAYLOR STATED THE HANDGUN WASN’T HERS EITHER BUT SOMEONE WAS LETTING HER USE IT FOR PROTECTION. MS. TAYLOR IS A CONVICTED FELON. MS. TAYLOR HAD HER KIDS WITH HER DURING THIS INCIDENT. A DCS REFERRAL WAS COMPLETED. MS. TAYLOR WAS TRANSPORTED TO BOOKING AND INTERVIEWED BY DETECTIVE KULP THEN TRANSPORTED TO BOOKING.

DEFENDANT: Kevin Lanell Whitmore

OFFICERS OBSERVED THE DEFENDANT DRIVING ON EWING DRIVE DURING THE HOURS OF DARKNESS. THE DEFENDANT VIOLATED THE FAILURE TO ILLUMINATE LICENSE PLATE LAW, AS WELL AS, THE DEFENDANT WAS SPEEDING 50MPH IN A 40MPH ZONE.THE DEFENDANT SUPPLIED OFFICERS WITH A TN ID CARD WHICH WAS VERIFIED THROUGH ARMS. ARMS CONFIRMED THE DEFENDANT’S IDENTITY. ARMS CONFIRMED THE DEFENDANT’S DRIVER LICENSE IS CURRENTLY SUSPENDED. THE DEFENDANT HAS 10 FTAS AND 4 FTBS. THE DEFENDANT WAS TAKEN INTO CUSTODY WITHOUT INCIDENT.

DEFENDANT: Terrick M Williamson

THE DEFENDANT WAS THE DRIVER OF A MV THAT WAS STOPPED FOR A WINDOW TINT VIOLATION AT 345 DELLWAY VILLA. (K-494349) A PC SEARCH BASED ON THE ODOR OF MARIJUANA RECOVERED ONE BAG OF MARIJUANA THAT WEIGHED 4.84 GRAMS AND 2 BAGS OF COCAINE 3.14 AND 5.68 FOR A TOTAL OF APPROX 9 GRAMS. THE NARCOTICS WERE UNDER THE CUP HOLDER/CENTER CONSOLE AREA. UNDER MIRANDA NEITHER THE DEFENDANT NOR THE PASSENGER CLAIMED THE DRUGS.
