The theft occurred on October 11, while Sol was on tour. The day before he left, he was rehearsing in the studio with the band, and an unknown male came up to the studio commenting he could hear the music and wanted to listen closer and see the studio. He identified himself as Rocky, and was described as a white male in his 20’s with longer hair. According to witnesses he commented on some of the expensive equipment in the backyard studio.

CORRECTION: In a previous version of this story, we listed Rocko as being part of ‘Daylight Sinners’. His relationship was ended with them some months prior, and we apologize for the incorrect information at the time of his arrest.

The pawn shop confirmed the item was pawned by Rocko, of Electic Ave in Nashville. Upon review, the victim was able to identify Rock as the same person that appeared in the studio during rehearsal. The pawn shop indicted he also pawned a Gibson SGCherry Red guitar on 10/12, and on 10/12 he pawned a mint green Squier Jazzmaster guitar, An Oscar Schmidt (Spirit 335 Guitar) , a 1961 blonde Fender Bassman head and Matchless Cabinet. Rocko is an aspiring guitarist / musician from Michigan, who’s dream was to start a career in Nashville. He came to Nashville just a few months ago, and hit the music scene quickly and with a passion. He’s played up and down Broadway and was quickly becoming known. So what happened?

Rocko was living in a rented house on Electric Avenue in East Nashville, for which he was issued an eviction notice first in September, but the case was dismissed, and refiled in October with correct information, for which process has yet to be served. His landlord is currently suing for ‘possession only’ and not for monies at this point.

Rocko had nothing but a bright future ahead of him, even as a child, he had every advantage in becoming a musician. Here’s a story about his high school years as a teen, from 2003:

Timmothy “Rocko” Dalian has not been a part of the band Daylight Sinners for over two months. The information used in this article is inaccurate and has slandered the Daylight Sinners reputation. Before you publish a story, proper research into the accuracy of the information used must be done, which it was not. The band and myself (their manager) would like the band name Daylight Sinners removed from your article ASAP or leagal action will be taken.
